Egypt's Grand Mufti Participates in Bahrain’s "Intra-Islamic Dialogue" Conference

Under the gracious patronage of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the "Intra-Islamic Dialogue: One Nation, Shared Destiny" conference convened in Bahrain, bringing together over 400 scholars and leaders from across the Muslim world.
Dr. Nazir Mohamed Ayyad, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, participated in the main session and is set to deliver a speech in the second academic session.
The conference aims to move beyond calls for unity by fostering practical collaboration on shared challenges, strengthening scholarly dialogue, and rejecting hate speech. The opening session featured speeches by prominent figures, including Grand Imam of Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Malaysian Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim, and leading scholars from various Islamic traditions.
