What is the ruling on entering into a marriage in the month of Muharram?

Some people hold the view that marriage in the month of Muharram is disliked according to Islamic law. However, this belief lacks foundation in Islam and stems from prevalent misconceptions. Consequently, it is permissible to enter into a marriage in the month of Muharram just as one would in any other month.
